Caldera Resources Inc. was incorporated as an independent mineral exploration company during 1995 and trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("CDR"). The aim of the Company is to discover a diamond deposit and this is being pursued through widespread exploration in Australia. The Company continues to focus on diamond exploration and now has five projects in Western Australia, including a joint venture with SouthernEra Resources Limited (SUF-TSX). SouthernEra, a leading Canadian diamond explorer is a shareholder of Caldera.
