The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) has announced the launch of My Laboratory, a new online service that allows diamond and colored-stone customers secure access anytime to their GIA Laboratory accounts to check the current status of their items.

My Laboratory customers will be able to view items available for pick-up or shipping, print reports and see all items returned to them within two weeks. Diamond customers may view results or request additional services, including re-checks or inscriptions. Information on the new service is updated every 15 minutes.
