Tiffany has announced on Businesswire that they have obtained an injunction and a large award against counterfeiters. The counterfeiters must pay almost $1 million dollars to Tiffany. They sold much of their merchandise on eBay. These fakes have been appearing all over eBay for a long time. While Tiffany may be happy to have won, ultimately it is a losing battle for them.
