Zales loses $3.1 million in 3rd Quarter

Zales has lost $3 million dollars, 6 cents per share, in their 3rd fiscal quarter. They are blaming prices at the pump for lower consumer spending. Last year they had a profit of $17 million dollars during the same period. Revenue is down 3% as well.

There may some management shake-up in Zales‘ future.

Nonetheless, shares of Zales stock are up 31 cents to $27.91.
