Nicole Richie engaged?
This is likely to turn out to be a rumor, but 24/Sizzler reports that Nicole Richie is wedding dress shopping. Where are the pictures of Nicole’s engagement ring? Where are the interviews? Unless of course Nicole Richie wants to stay out of the public eye. If so, that would be the first time.
