Tiffany Novo web roundup
It’s been several months now since Tiffany has come out with their new Novo ring. So now would be a good time to see how it has been viewed out there in the real world.
Elle did an article on the Tiffany Novo: “The four-prong Tiffany Novo combines one of the most popular diamond cuts, the cushion, with a brilliant faceting arrangement tailor-made for maximum sparkle. The result is literally dazzling, a thoroughly modern marriage of the haute and high-tech.”
RareDaily mentions the Novo in their Valentine’s review: “The rings are cut for brilliance and to make you look good in front of her parents.”
VieCouture introduces the Novo with: “Just like what they said, it’s a new brilliant cushion-cut creation, with spirit, fire and style. It is elegantly made from Tiffany’s very own diamond with 128.54 carat.”
WeddingBee was chock full of information about the Novo gleaned from an insider: “What differentiates Tiffany Novo from typical cushion cuts is that it is brilliant versus modified brilliant. Tiffany worked at great length to create a cushion cut diamond that features the standard round brilliant facet arrangement. It’s been cut to maximum brilliance, ie. same number of facets as a round brilliant cut. The shank is bead set with 16 round melee diamonds.”
Someone in our own forum was interested in the Novo, which led to some ideas: “So I have just begun really searching for the right ring for my girlfriend and we have discussed what she likes. This is the exact ring she loves and I really like! TIFFANY NOVO”

I LOVE the Novo! When I put it on my finger I didn’t want to take it off. I’ve never seen something shine so much like this ring. The wedding set is about 38K, personally I don’t care. I would not except any other ring. I’m speechless!

it’s not always 38K.. depends on the carat size, clarity, and color. if u get the worst color and clarity, and smallest carat size, the starting price is like just over $2K i think..
Posted on April 23rd, 2008 at 12:28 amok so i just went shopping today… we drove three hours just to get to tiffanys and when i got there i went straight to this ring. i saw it last night on the internet and it literally took my breath away. so when i get there i put it on my finger and it just felt RIGHT. i was shaking and i got all giddy and happy. we even went to jared just to see if there was anything i like better but i knew this was the ring for me. i picked out one that was like 14,000 but my fiance decided that i was worth the $27,000 one. which makes me perfectly happy too! i cant wait to wear this for the rest of my life! : )
