A lot of celebrities have been wearing Chopard lately. Beyond Lebanese singer Haifa Wahbi, there is Leonardo DiCaprio’s ex, Israeli model Bar Refaeli, pictured in Chopard necklace, Liz Lieu, the beautiful poker diva, Preity Zinta, the Indian actress, Tessa Horst with a 2 carat round diamond set in 18 karat white gold and surrounded by 47 smaller stones.

Sharon Stone, whose Basic Instinct 2 featured Chopard as the official jeweler, has even been auctioning off a Chopard diamond, pearl and sapphire necklace, worn by Michelle Yeoh, for a half a million dollars.

There are some reports that Chopard is spending significant amounts for some key product placement. Chopard earrings for Hilary Swank at the Oscars, who returned some loaners to Harry Winston. A similar thing happened with Charlize Theron according to the L.A. Times.
