Australia’s wealthiest man James Packer, worth an estimated $7 billion dollars, married model Erica Baxter last night, witnessed only by family and his best man – on the French Riviera. As we reported previously, Packer is now a major shareholder of Perth Gold and Uranium Dioro Exploration. You can see a picture of Erica Baxter’s engagement ring here.

In an interesting Love Triangle Rectangle, Baxter met Packer at his own wedding to swimsuit model Jodhi Meares. Baxter was the date of Packer’s best friend, Damian Aspinall. She was previously linked to Russell Crowe. Packer was formerly engaged to Katie Fischer and married to Meares for three years. I’d like to be the first to announce James Packer’s next bride. So if someone finds a picture of Damian’s date to this wedding, please send in the tip.

Update: Damian Aspinall’s date was Donna Air and they are now broken up apparently because he wouldn’t marry her.
