Pawn shop knowingly sold stolen jewelry
Sherman and Napatsorn Houston are suing Paul Frazier’s Pawn Shop for allegedly selling their Jewelry knowing it was stolen.
This may be a bit tough to prove, however the Houstons allege in their suit that the police did visit the Pawn Shop and spoke with the employees, telling them to call if anyone comes in with Jewelry. The owner bought the Jewelry for $500 and sold it without documenting the sale.
If any Pawn Shop owners are reading this, please weigh in with some commentary from your perspective.
