From what News of the World says, it seems Beyonce doesn’t have an engagement ring yet.
In true gangsta style, Jay-Z promised Beyonce “the biggest diamond she can fit on her finger” when she decides on a design for her engagement ring.
Being tradition, Jay Z should design her ring so Beyonce can be truely surprised.
