Bill Boyajian, formerly President of the Gemological Institute of America, is now Project Manager for Robert Zarnegin’s group planning to build the World Jewelry Center in Vegas. It is expected to have one million square feet, 50 stories featuring commercial condominium space, luxury residential condos, 3 level 125k square ft retail for Jewelry stores, and even a museum for gemstones.
