Ah those cooky celebrities. Lately they have been getting TWO engagement rings for one relationship. From Brittany Murphy to Britney Spears, two engagement rings are “in”… Maybe they didn’t like the one their boyfriend got them, maybe they needed to mix it up a bit for the runway. Who knows how they think?

But Mandy Moore just one-upped them all. After a couple of close calls with boyfriends like Scrubs‘ Zach Braff, she finally decided to get engaged no matter the circumstance. Since there was no partner, she chose herself as the partner and got an engagement ring!

I think that’s a great idea. A lot less fighting and she gets the ring she wants. All kidding aside, you have to let these stars have fun with such stories as long as they don’t do anything too harmful. It goes with the territory.

Mandy is very talented and pretty. I don’t think I’ve seen a single movie of hers that wasn’t entertaining, so all I can say is, congratulations and I hope you have a great relationship with yourself!
