The price is very good, as long as the ring is high quality & the carat weight/color/clarity is really what they say. Also, make sure the diamonds are well-cut (sparkly, no cloudiness, etc).

Do you know if there is any report (preferably GIA or AGS---most respected labs) on the center diamond? Then you'd know for sure what you're paying for.

If your budget is a little tight right now, maybe you could buy a really nice setting with a CZ---and upgrade to a diamond later. I've seen some people put almost all their money into the diamond & put it into the simplest (least expensive) setting possible, then upgrade to a nicer setting later on. So those might be options for you too.
