Get pissed off if you want to, I'm just keepin it real. Ive been on this board for over 4 years and have seen what is and is not flying around here. Three mediocre pictures from a person whos selling as his/her first post is not going to command $12,000, but good luck.
To get a more realistic price, take what you actually paid (not the apprisal avlue, the actual amount you dished out for it) and divide it in half. That's about what you can expect to get for it. You may not want to hear it, but it's the truth.
I think everyone here is just trying to be nice and help you out with your sale. I have to admit, I expected something much more extraordinary with your asking price. Really, the set is very beautiful. If you drop down the price to about 8k, I think you will get some more interest. Just a suggestion! Good luck.
