Resizing white gold ring
Hello all, I just received this beautiful ring for my birthday. It's supposed to be a size 7 but on a sizing chart, it shows more like a size 8. I have a ring that fits my finger that reflects it's a size 6 on the same sizing chart. Can I have this ring resized 2 sizes? It's white gold. Also, how do I find a jewler that will do this correctly? What are some questions I should ask? Thanks in advance! |

Re: Resizing white gold ring
Hi, It appears to be round stones, which makes the sizing job a lot easier than a similar ring with square stones. Going two sizes smaller could be no problem on a ring like this (lets say 85% probability) or it could be a can of worms with diamonds loosening and needing re-tightening or more. Your best bet is to have the seller of the ring do the sizing so that they are the ones responsible for the outcome. Brian |

Kipa, I ended up returning the original ring and purchasing one from Knox Jewelers. I found one on the website that was similar, and I love it. http://www.knoxjewelers.biz/index.h...ion=show_detail |
