I like one of their stone but they don't seem to carry the setting that I'm looking for. Do they do custom setting? |

Ghost, I just got the Superbcert Tiffany back from Excel last week. I had it sent to an very well known appraiser before I received it. As me and the appraiser went thru the appraisal she told me how beautiful the ring was. I finally got to see the ring as she opened up the box. Of course first thing I notice is the diamond but next was the craftmanship of the ring. The basket and prongs for the ring were PERFECT! The well known appraiser even made a comment that she thinks that Barry has either the number one or two best setters in the Nation! I proposed this weekend and my fiancee  just loved the ring and especially the setting! It's just a little too loose and i know Barry will be able to resize it and make it look very nice. My fiancee is doesn't want to let go of the ring though!!!!!Also by the way the customer service is great. As soon as I ordered online, I got a phone call within 5 minutes of the internet order so he could make sure things were what I wanted. I would call him and talk to him to see if he can do it! |

Thank you diamondhearty for replying to my post. I'll be sure to contact them and talk to them about the setting. Do you live in or near New York where you'll be able to go see the diamond and setting? Sounds like you picked out a great engagement ring. I like a skinny setting. I looked through most of his settings and they were 2.5 mm and up. I'll like one where it's 1.5 mm. I have tiny and short hands and don't want the band to overpower the diamond. |
