How long does it take for post to appear?

Hi, I've searched and searched and read the other posts about the classified section being moderated. But how long does it take for a post to appear? I think that would be a very helpful blurb in the classified FAQ. I posted my listing twice over the weekend because it didn't appear. Sorry to all who think they are seeing double.

It mostly depends upon when Gilbert or Nathan check the moderation queue. There's really no hard and fast rule at this time. It may seem haphazard, but it's really not, I promise you. My guess is that on weekends it might take a little longer as well. All we can ask at this time is the membership's continued patience if they want to go the JC route. Be assured that your posts are not forgotten about, lost in limbo, or ignored. Thanks for the patience thus far, everyone....

I guess because it's my first time posting in that section I didn't have a clue. However maybe a small blurb stating that it can take up to 48-72 hours for a post to appear would help give some info. |
