HELP with AGS Certification Order/Reprint!!

Can anyone please advise me how to go about ordering a "new" AGS certification (reprint)? I am considering giving a family stone as an engagment ring. I have all of the AGS grading information on the stone, however, the accompanying certification document has either been misplaced or lost. I have the cert number and would like to order a reprint of the cert from the AGS. Is this possible, and how much might I expect to pay for it? I just tried to call the "general" telephone number from the AGS website but was only able to leave a message. Can anyone please direct me to a more reliable conduit to the AGS? If they are anything like GIA (and I'd imagine they are since being founded by Liddecoat and Shipley, GIA founders as well) you'd have to do this through your jeweler. |
