I am no longer wearing this and it's just sitting in my jewelry box.

Size: about 7.5
Metal: Plat 950
Stones: 12 Channel-set Round Diamonds, 0.25tcw

Asking $250 OBO. Buyer responsible for insurance costs, and paypal fees if using paypal. Checks and money orders accepted, but will hold on shipment until cleared with my bank.

Poor sparklie needs someone to wear it, so please pick this up, somebody...

Hi - any pictures? what's the quality of the diamonds?

Also, any chance that this ring could be sized down to a 4? Would that be costly?

joroguery: the total carat weight is 0.25 or 1/4 carat.

jennylaw: since it's between a 7 1/4-7 1/2, and channel set, i don't know about the sizing. you might want to ask a jeweler.

i also measured the band with my digital calipers today, and it came up to 2.7mm on the front end where the diamonds are facing.

i am not sure of the color and clarity of the diamonds, but they are sparkly and the diamonds didn't look out of place next to my e-ring (which has g-i color side stones) when i used to wear them together. so i would estimate that the stones in the platinum band are also in that color range of g-i. the stones are pretty small, and they look eye-clean to me. no frozen spit (aka cloudiness) in these stones.

looking at these old pictures again, i feel real twinge of sadness at having to sell the ring. plat prices don't seem to be going down, and replacing the ring in future will probably cost me more. but i just fried my laptop motherboard this week and need to be able to afford the repairs.
