Marquise head for ring - need something softer

Hi everyone I love my engagement ring setting, but when we picked it out it was 'headless' and the only head offered for a marquise was a 6 pronger. My diamond is 1.25 cts and this head makes it protrude very far and it's just super-pointy. I'd love something lower and with softer edges, like a tulip head. Anyone know where to buy just heads of this sort? Or can anyone direct me to photos of various marquise heads? Thanks The preceding form was filled out on our Ask DT page. |

You should probably go to a jeweler. They can get a tulip head for you and install it as well. |

yup, Stuller makes a really pretty tulip head, and most any jeweler can get it...good luck! |
