Remember czplatinum?? HELP!!!!

Hi all -- My partner and I are having some major problems with czplatinum.com -- to the tune of several thousands of dollars!! (They apparently have also been known as "czdeals.com", "eczjewelry.com" and "The Diamond Store".)

We found Diamondtalk.com a few days ago and ran across a thread about CZPlatinum -- but it was from 3 years ago!

Please, please, please -- we need any info we can get from other customers these people have cheated. Based upon what we've experienced, they are good at what they do (cheating people) and have a real system set in place to do just that!

AmEx is chosing to ignore our evidence, so if we could present them with more situations that are similar (or identical) it would really help our case!

It's been a couple years since I lost $1k, so I don't have any proof of anything anymore. After months of frustration, I decided to drop it and go on with life.

i saw your posts and i became a member to write! i am a online wholsale for gifts and jewelry i have purchased thousands of dollars of fine jewelry from czplatinum and until today i am very PLEASED . i do purchase from them 20 rings a week we had some quality problems but they always let me exchange. They have thousands of customers and i am sure they cant keep everyone of them happy i know this since i am in the same business. What i would recomend is to call them back and talk. i am not much help here but i had to say whatever came to my mind.

They are the worse company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I've called in excess of 30 times to resolve it and the last thing Kevin is worried about is customer service. I LOST $1000 and will never make that mistake again and I hope no one else does either.

If anyone doubt how horrible czplat is, just check out their write up on www.bbb.com. That says is all.

I see you braught your friends.....to bad i dont have time for this. I wish you guys luck there is alot better things to do then to come here and chit chat about other people. This is the point you cant keep everyone happy and i am not saying they are perfect people!!!!! But my idea of them i am pleased and i will continue doing business with them!!! Well, this is interesting. In the posts 3 years ago, czplatinum had someone begin posting as their "champion" -- that person also had some difficulties with spelling (as have all of the people we've dealt with at czplatinum) and was adamant about their quality and grand customer service. The suggestion to call them is laughable -- they pick up the phone and immediately put you on hold FOREVER!!!

Anyway -- thanks "jewlrywholsaler" for your input -- I truly am glad that you're happy with their product and that YOUR customers are also pleased, I'm assuming. However, I am not interested in hearing any more in their defense. We are NOT in competition with them, but would, in fact, be increasing their business as retailers of their products. We're looking at a loss of $6000. Please know that we are not here to "chit chat about other people." We don't know if we can stop them from doing business, but we WILL do what we can!!!

Being a new kid on the block, I don't know how to contact posters individually, so I am asking TxGal (and anyone else with a similar story) to contact us at info@makeupjewlry.com so that we can continue a constructive conversation about this.

LOL! Yeah, that's it.

I suspect JW (aka Kevin) is the owner of czplat. Now, Kevin, if your business practices were what they should be, you wouldn't have to change names continuously to cover your bad business.

And it's not rocket science to look up your phone number with the BBB and see what business names you've used. Companies like you are a waste of time and give legit, wonderful companies a nasty name.

Brian, hell has yet to freeze over, so it'll be awhile before he refunds my money.

I lost $1k to you and if you do a search on any jewelry board you'll find that their are

I ordered from them a couple of days ago and then I came across this message board. I cancelled my order immediately. I didn't have any problems with them and they always answered my calls BUT I got the hint from all of you. I'll buy a vacation replacement ring somewhere else. Does anyone know where I can get a nice CZ ring in 14K gold?
