This is my lovely pear diamond in it's new home. A little different than the first microsetting that I had. I love this one though. It's a keeper!!

Thanks Webgal. I need to take a pic of it on my hand as it is such a stunner. I keep saying I'm going to get a new digital camera. Good reason to go buy one. Lol!!

That ring is soooo pretty! It's almost making me re-think about getting a microsetting for my pear engagement ring. Please take hand pics... I can't wait to see them.

Do you have any pics of the 1st microsetting? I'd be curious to see the comparison. Very nice!

Thanks for the compliments. I will try to make the long story short. The CURRENT pear I have is 2 carats, GIA/H/VS1/Ex/VG. I exchanged the previous microsetting for this one. I think I have a post with a pic of that setting on this forum. All of my pears and jewelry comes from my local B&M store. To be honest MA, I didn't even ask who the manufacturer of the setting is. When I saw it, I just knew I had to have it. It is 18k which at first was an issue, but I like to change settings so much,I quickly got over it. Its definitely a trendy piece. It's a very daring ring and has quite a large presence, and I think it would really enhance a smaller pear. Cheers everyone!

TickledPink - That is one stunning ring. I wouldn't be able to keep my eyes off it! Might make driving a bigger hazard than usual

This is BEAUTIFUL! Can you tell me how large your pear is? I have one that I can't decide what to do with it but I think you just showed me!! Also do you have side views of this ring?
