Did any one see it?? OMG!! I was hoping to find a link to it, but no luck. I read the following blurb in my US magazine, regarding the necklace:

"Ice queen Angelina Jolie took the prize for biggest bling - her over 80-carat H.Stern "Athena" diamond necklace was worth $10 million and contained six flawless stones!"

oooooh I saw that on the night and tried to find some info but to no avail.

OMG it was amazing. Renee Zelwegger had a lovely necklace too, but it was *nothing* compared to Angelina Jolie's necklace!

I knew someone would find a picture on the net! I have a close up picture in my magazine, and here is a description of each hanging stone- top to bottom:

The first stone looks like an emerald cut set east west. On each side of that on the choker part is a large round diamond.

The next stone down is a very large pear.

The next stone looks to be some sort of rectangular cut- it's like an emerald cut but the corners are kind of chopped off.

The last (and largest) stone is a huge oval shaped stone.

So why the heck was everyone talking about those 2 million dollar shoes when this necklace was there?

I bought my trashy mag on the way to work today and I thought I would share this with you all! :

"Chalize Theron's night had a heart-stopping moment at the Vanity Fair party at Morton's restaurant, when the Best Actress winner realised she'd mislaid her $660,000 diamond and platinum purse. After a futile hunt by security guards for the pricey accessory (designed by South African Lana Marks), it was eventually found in the back of Charlize's limo." pp14, NW Magazine, March 15, 2004, Australia

Oh to be a star! Not only to be able to use a $660,000 diamond purse, but to be so nonchalant about it, that you could let it out of your sight for even a second!!!
