When unexpected changes occur, what do i do?

So, there is a dilemma I need help with- no one knows except myself- OUr wedding is less than a couple of months away- March- and invitations already went out and i just found out that our ceremony has been moved from 7 to 6pm. When I booked it, i gave two choices and was a flake and never checked before doing the invitations. What I think I should do, is once i find out everyone who is coming, send out a letter/note with prewedding plans and the change of time, what does everyone think? I know this must have happened to others too.

From personal experience, I wouldn't plan on sending the change to the people "who I've found out are coming".... I would send it to all the original invitees.
