What is the world's best, brightest, and longest lasting fake diamond? Where can I get them? Price? I want to buy a plain gold Rolex and have it encrusted in white and colored fake diamonds.

Copyright?
If I buy a watch I am titled to do whatever I want to. I can smash it, I can flush it down my toilet or I can fill it with CZ.
call it art or whatever.

Who cannot?

Why do people drive Corvettes vs. Chevettes?
Is it only for transportation reasons?
Why do people wear diamonds rather than a bone on a string?
Do people who wear expenive watches really care what time it is?
A cheapo quartz watch will outperform the accuracy of the finest mechanical movement. I wear mechanical watches because I like fine workmanship...I open them too. I like machinery and I like to watch the gears move around. I'm the eternal tinkerer.

Other people like little shiny things.

You can do a psychological study solely on Rolex owners and how pationate (rabid) they are about their watches. Out here any gangbanger or redneck with a few grand owns one. I'm partial to Patek Philippe, Cartier and Vacheron Constantin. (kinda snobby, yeah?)

To paraphrase Robb Report Magazine, Rolex is a marketing phenomenon and seems to represent an individaul's entrance to the Luxury life. It is the best known introductory luxury watch, without the connoiseurship of knowing fine watches. (Yes another snobby wise crack about Shmolex and their owners)
