The universal hilton is a pretty nice place for your dinner reception. A friend of mine had their wedding there. Their grand ball room is really big and you can have over 100 tables there. Or they have smaller size conference room in which you can fit 6 -10 tables. Dinners are served chinese style...or you can choose to have the seafood buffet...(but don't know if that would be weird for your guests)

Should definitely check it out. But budget wise, it would cost more than the chinese restaurant in MP.
