I need to see a photo or diagram of an Ascher cut. Can anyone recommend a reference for this? I would also like to see the same for a cut called the Flanders Brilliant. ------------------ |

Hey lawmax... I just had some turkey last week at a Canadian food promotional. Came with tomato marmalade rather than the usual cranberry sauce. But that marmalade was delicious! I'll bet there was a surplus of turkey at Thanksgiving. I'd get ill thinking about it under those circumstances too. ![]() |
