I'm doing very well, and thank you all for asking. Pretty much back to normal, I just spend a lot more time in the gym than I thought I would. I thought I would enjoy it by now but I don't. I just do it for my health and that is reason enough for me. At least I have made a ton of new friends there and we all have one thing in common........... we are still here.
I guess you could say I'm on a slightly modified Dean Ornish diet. Now I exercise religiously 3 time a week in a gym, and walk two additional days. My doctor also told me to play a lot more golf. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it
