Is JC Penney a reputable enough dealer of diamonds. I am considering trading my original, bought at JC Penney's. Should I continue to include them in my search or dump them all together?

Also, I have been told that my diamond is "F1" - what does it mean?

Forgot one other thing, the term F1 is probably some internal grading system the Jeweler used. Unless they meant IF which would be excellent clarity, or they meant F/I, which may possibly mean F color I clarity (though there is a big difference between I1, I2 and I3 clarity....
