How do I insert pictures

When you reply to a post, look at the bottom of the page; you'll see where it says "Attach File". Click on the "Browse" button, and locate the picture if it's in your computer. If the pic is on the web, you can put the URL in there as well, I think. (Someone can correct me on that last part if I'm wrong)
