My sister and I were wandering around the mall today killing time until we went to the Billy Goat to meet my other sister for lunch. (BG is the "cheezborga, cheezborga, no pepsi, coke"...place on Saturday Night Live. )Anyway, I saw a case with Tacori settings and I liked the Serendipity line and I had pointed them out to my sister last night in a bride magazine. The woman at the counter said, "Do you like the Tacori settings"? I said I did. She said because Paul Tacori just happens to be right behind you. He came over and introduced himself. Very nice and tres good looking too! About mid thirties I would guess. Anyway, it was kinda funny. |

ok, so i went online looking for a picture of this handsome guy...no luck. but, the first website i found was this one... http://www.yitbos.com/search/description1.asp?ID=141 which states his real name is Paul Tacorian, his email is paul@tacori.com (so i guess it's him?), that his spouse is a Donny Franks, and that he "finally came out of the closet"...so even if Allison was naughty enough to put the moves on him...I don't know if it would have done any good.

that's funny .... actually, i was thinking abt that before buttercup looked him up.... i thought my hubby was gay too when i first met him... he was 29, no girlfriend (he only had one before which i found out later), cleancut, cute, shirts without wrinkles, his house nicely decorated and everything matched, neat.... i was weary of guys who are close to 30 and no gf... |

I know and have known some super gay guys, they make the best "girlfriends" ever & they are always the cutest! My former hairdresser is gay, he wanted everyone to look so good. I wish he'd stayed in the closet though, he got divorced, started drinking and by the time I got off work, he was toast and I never knew how my hair would turn out, so I had to leave.....hhhmmmm, sometimes they just need to stay "in"! i love tacori designs and have met the tacorian family on many occasions. because i've seen this email thread since 2002, i brought this up to paul and he himself told me that this website posting was originally part of a joke that people ended up taking seriously and spreading rumors about. it doesn't bother him one way or another, but he thinks it's funny how people will think one thing or another, as if it matters, or was any of their business. all i'm going to say is that i promise you that paul tacorian does not have a spose by the name of donny franks. : ) you can't believe everything you see on the internet! (although. if you ever have the pleasure of meeting paul in person, you'll know that Allison's naughty impulses were right on target ) ; ) Quote:

I thought Paul got married recently, is it true? I know his sister got married and there was an article in one of the bridal magazine covering the wedding. Last time I saw Paul on QVC selling the silver Tacori line, he did seem a little nervous, maybe being on TV... I always loved Tacori designs, they are very unique and have that old world workmanship features. Every time I start looking for a new piece of jewelry I start with two web sites: Tacori.com and Verragio , what can I say? my two weaknesses in Jewelry... So many amazing jewelry...not enough fingers...  Ash.- |
