GIA Princess Diamond Comparision

Hello! Based on the following information and knowing they are both GIA certified "square modified brilliant" or Princess Cut diamonds that sparkle beautifully (to my untrained eye), both indoors and outdoors, please let me know which would be a better purchase based on the technical specifications and why. Thank you in advance and I sincerely appreciate your help!

Based on both specifications I would personally go with diamond #2. It will have a better sparkle to it as the depth percentage is much better than #1.
