It was a Valentine's Day gift to my wife. Happy Valentine's Day, everybody!

Cool color Portal. Could we get another shot of it in a dry environment? I think that the back of the stone is wet in this shot and it's "leaking light" so to speak. It's kind of funny that you'd choose that shape of setting. DeBeers had "copyrighted" that shape in their Everlon design and had been trying to stop everyone else in the world from using it. The shape is as old as humanity and their lawsuits went nowhere, so we're all safe to use it now, (I guess). Aren't you relieved that DeBeers isn't after you?

Post#6 @ 02-21-11 , 03:51 PM Here the aquamarine is dry, you can see that the window is much smaller. Unlike treated (heated) aquamarine, the color is permanent.
