Cut lab star sapphire?

I realize it's possible to get someone to cut lab grown sapphires, but what about lab STAR sapphires? I don't seem to see this around, I can only find the real cheapo synthetic star sapphires....and cabs (from regular lab sapphire rough) can be cut into any shape, like half-moons, right?
