I don't know the exact reason that would happen. Have you successfully attached photos in the past? (as opposed to using the [img] tags)...

Bitmaps (files ending in .bmp) won't show inline on browsers. (Maybe some do by now, but to be safe and make sure most people can see it, we make bitmaps a link.)

The snow one is of our backyard in the Blue Mountains. The gums and rainbow are here at our place on the coast. The rainbow picture is typical of moody summer afternoons where the storms pass over the coastline, about 10kms away.

Oh, Briolette - your pics are great!

Rainbows wash out when the sky is too blue, too bright. Got to have a dark sky and low ambient light...see how dark the foreground is. That seems to make the rainbows much brighter.

Meepcat! Absolutely beautiful. Are you a professional dancer? How long have you been dancing? I started ballet when I was old.

It's funny when I was kid, I wanted to take, but my mom kept insisting I was too old to start (this was when I was in jr. high). If anyone else is in the same situation as me, it's never too late to start! I actually took my first ballet class when I was in college.

I forgot to add, Meepcat, that I've got the most stiff back in the world, so they arabesque you posted looks darn good to me! It took me 7 years or so to get my back attitude above 90 degrees and even so, look at me strain! LOL:

Still can't do a clean double turn either, but I dance because I love it-- not because I'm necessarily good at it.
