The problem is my budget ($6,000) cannot get me one from Cartier. Can you guys recommend any reputable companies that can make an identical ring? Many Thanks!

Several companies make that setting either as a blank setting or a semi-mount, (already having the small diamonds set in it). This leaves you free to concentrate on getting the best center stone that you can for your money.

No links from me because the head section of that ring would need to be custom made. A number of manufacturers make that band section in platinum or it could be custom made as well. A big part of the cost of this ring is in the center stone and you don't mention anything about size or quality characteristics that you require for this. What's your budget and what sort of center stone are you wanting ?
