What is a fair price for the two diamonds listed below:

Diamond #2

Has anyone heard of Gustav Katz diamond cutting? If so, how would you rate his diamond cutting? (below avg, avg, above avg, excellent)

Thank You.

Can't comment on an individual cutter's ability, even if I had heard of the cutter or not, but if the Diamond you want to purchase is already cut (which appears to be the case here), it doesn't matter...a stone with an excellent cut which happened to be cut by a poor cutter is superior to a poorly cut diamond by an excellent cutter, if you know what I mean. So you can stick to evaluating the cut of the existing Diamonds...

If you want to have a Diamond RECUT, then it is important to know, of course.
