Pseudon, Welcome. So you are from NY?? How does one from NY dive?? Vacations only?? |
Long Island Sound
There is always Long Island sound just of Rye. It is a bit cold and muddy but does the job. Also I take trip down to the Keys for some warm diving. I havn't been diving for a while so I can't wait to go again. |
Wow, diving in Long Island. I never knew... You dive dry ?? I used to dive year round here in San Diego in a wet suit. I much prefer my dry suit ![]() So what do you see diving there?? |
Wow, I see all kinds of fellow divers around all of a sudden. I live in San Antonio, so it is definitely a vacation-only sport for me, though sometimes my dive center has weekend trips down to the coast. By the way, welcome pseudon! ![]() |

I actually dived wet but that not such a good idea in May. July and August are good lobster months, specially around thw wrecks. I dive in North East just because of there isn't always time to go away. Block Island is interesting for wreck diving. You lucky people, live next to the beach in the south, I am jealous. I really need to take some time off to go down south for few days. |
