Hi NewtEves,

I think there is a shop in Singapore that do diamond appraisal.

Far East Gemological Laboratory

When I was looking around for diamond, a sale person mentioned that this shop owner, Mr Tan (I think), is a more experience gemologist in Singapore.

Hope that this is useful info for you. Maybe someone can help to vertify this info?
