Don't remember where I got it from, probably an interview but, 3-carat marquise-cut diamond embraced with a trillion on each side. Definitely doesn't look like a marquise in that picture.

Too big ? Is that possible ? She's probably right handed and is using that as an exercise device to to strengthen her left arm. After a day of walking around wearing that stone I'm sure that she'd get some serious exercise!

FYI, the reason this ring was confusing is that she got two engagement rings. One is the original 3 carat marquise from Boodle & Dunthorne, the other is a 6 carat "I'm sorry I cheated on you I love you" $1.8 million dollar fancy pink engagement ring. Not sure which jeweler provided the latter.
