Meteorite inlay tension set

Here's an interesting project we just completed; a tension set in titanium with an inlay of Gibeon Meteorite. It was somewhat difficult to work with, as the material is about as hard as stainless steel, but the result was a nice contrast. The meteorite is older than the Earth itself and it's paired with aerospace material, so makes for an interesting combination. |
