I just wanted to take an opportunity to publicly thank Barry and SuberbCert for making my first diamond buying experience pleasant and rewarding. Barry showed extraordinary patience with a first time buyer who was not only ignorant about diamonds but extremely indecisive.

After months of indecisiveness I finally decided on a SuperbCert H&A .78 F VS1. I ordered the diamond last minute before leaving to go to Hawaii with my then girlfriend (now fiancé). Barry worked hard to ship the diamond out in time for my trip. Due to a joint effort of UPS and Mother Nature I didn’t receive the diamond in time for our trip to Hawaii. However, the shipping delay was through no fault of Barry’s and I appreciate the tremendous effort he put in try to get a diamond to me in time.

The quality of Barry’s customer service is exceeded only by the quality of the diamonds that he sells. The diamond looks spectacular and as soon as I saw the diamond I knew I had made the right choice. Think of Fourth of July fireworks, a big disco ball and all of the laser gun fights from Star Wars (yes, from all six episodes combined!) forced into a package you can wear on your finger. It's kind of like that.

For piece of mind I took the diamond to an appraiser and even she was impressed with the quality of the diamond. She actually said “Ooooo….nice scintillation.” And because of Barry’s teachings I was actually able to understand what she what she meant when she said that. As a side, the appraiser recognized the SuperbCert brand and Barry's name through dealings with her customers and said that those customers always seemed happy with their dealings with Barry and SuperbCert.

Most importantly, my fiancé absolutely loves the diamond. She particularly enjoys looking at it through the Heart and Arrows Viewer and ImageScope Viewer that Barry sent out with the diamond. She's happy with the diamond. I'm happy because she's happy and I'm also happy with the price I paid.

We’re going to have the diamond set in a Gelin Abaci setting. I’ll try to post some pictures of the diamond after it is set.

Congratulations on your purchase!! Barry & Judah do tend to produce very happy customers!! Hope your trip to Hawaii went well, and I can't WAIT to see pictures of that ring!!
