CZPlatinum may be the worst company on the internet. Don't let their slick website fool you; the jewelry they produce is full of design flaws. In addition, the company’s customer service reps will straight out lie to you over the phone. Getting them to honor their return policy (which is terrible) is extremely difficult. Save yourself time and frustration by finding a more reputable company to do business with. If you don't believe me, check out their rating at the Better Business Bureau of Southern California (link below). They get a well deserved F!!! http://www.labbb.org |

This same company runs other websites too, so buyer beware! I've heard nothing but horror stories about them all over the net. I hear they keep changing their website names because of the bad wrap they get. So they start up under different URL's to throw people off.  The other two sites (that I know of) that they operate are czengangementrings.com and cubiczircon.com czengangementrings.com used to be active, but now when you type or click that url it silently redirects you to their newest url, cubiczircon.com |

Hi all -- Whew -- it's good to see that czplatinum is still on people's minds! It's unfortunate that they are still in business, though. My partner (makeupjewelry) and I are still in the process of trying to get $6000 refunded from Amex -- apparently cz does a ton of business with them and they are not willing to look at the problems! Our advice -- DO NOT buy from czplatinum (or any of their other names -- at last count it's 5 or 6) unless you want to keep what you have purchased (as awful as it may be)! We are still pursuing legal action against them -- anyone with a story can contact us at admin@makupjewelry.com -- we'll be happy to listen. We've received some wonderful feed-back from members of this forum -- and we are TRULY grateful!!! Thanks so much -- we look forward to hearing more! |

I am being as serious as a heart attack - she called me that! On the phone! I nearly fainted! Needless to say, I don't recommend this company to ANYONE. This is absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with and I shop online a LOT. BOOOOOOOO HIIIIIIISSSSSSSSS to czplatinum! |
