I need some help. Is this a good deal?

So its about that time. The little lady has her eye set on this
https://www.beverlydiamonds.com/ind...oducts_id=24945

I spoke with the sales guy to find out the 'details' they dont always include. Here are my concerns

First he says anything big like over 1.5carats is always going to have some visible inclusions. So a 2carat diamond thats a vs2 could possibly still have some visual inclusions to the human eye but very slight. So i dont want this ring to arrive with a big cloud in the middle or something. How noticeable are these "inclusions" they speak of

2nd thing that worries me is the ring is clairity enhanced. The guy said it could have originally been an SI and they fixed it to make it a VS2

and last thing that worries me is they are GRA cert instead of GIA.

So basically im not looking to resell this, she really likes the ring> I mainly just want to know if this is a "good buy" It appraises at $33k on sale for $18 and then take 35% off that so its roughly $9k.

* In reality a GIA graded VS2 diamond does not show inclusions to the naked eye. in fact it is often the case that a true SI1 won't show inclusions without magnification either. So "the guy" is either ignorant of diamond grading or has inadvertently admitted that their diamonds aren't really VS2 clarity.
*I've never heard of GRA.
*There is no Clarity grade given on the side diamonds--given the price of the ring I'd guess they're I1-2 Clarity.
* appraisals given by a seller will always be inflated and self-serving.

* NO VENDOR sells at a loss! So what are you expecting you'll get for $9K?

This is the FIRST thing to worry about. Clarity enhanced diamonds have no secondary market to speak of, so if you or she ever needed to sell it, it would be nearly impossible to obtain anywhere near it's sales price. In addition, I have never seen a clarity enhanced diamond which started life as an SI stone...more like I2 or worse.

Clarity enhanced could also be just laser drilled guys. Ask the seller if it is laser drilled or fracture filled. Since it has a report from an unheard lab that is a red light. If it is fracture filled I would stay away, it would also require special care.

looks like a great ring sounds like a good deal but I would be careful you never know these days.
